Other booking and payment conditions

• The booking is final after a 30% deposit.
• The remaining balance of the rent, cleaning costs and damage deposit (€ 250.00) must be paid 6 weeks before the booked arrival date.

Cancellation conditions

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or fails to take up the rented property on the agreed date, they must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rental price remains due; for cancellation up to 4 weeks, 40%, and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period, 70%.

If the tenant only notifies on the start date or during the rental period that they will (no longer) be using the rented property, the full rental price remains due.
