Casa Raffaela has a large pool with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.
On the comfortable sun loungers under the warm Italian sun, you can fully relax.
The pool has a shallow section, which is ideal for small children.
Layout of the villa
The ground floor consists of a large, spacious kitchen with an 8-person dining table.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable living room with various seating areas.
An extra bathroom on the ground floor.
The upper floor consists of 4 beautiful spacious bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathroom).
There is also a 3rd large bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
Garden
Casa Raffaela stands on 6 hectares of land, which was formerly used for farming.
Around the house is a garden with lawns and borders featuring roses, lavender and rosemary, among others.
Around the pool there is a lovely grassy area to relax.

Our organic olio
We are proud of the Casa Raffaela olive oil we produce.
From the holiday villa you look out over more than 50 olive trees that are approximately 80 years old.
Every year we pick them by hand and press them in the traditional way.
History of Casa Raffaela
Until 2006 Casa Raffaela was a real farm with cows, grain, olives and grapes. A traditional Marche farmhouse: the animals were kept downstairs and the family lived on the upper floor. In 2007 the owners Caspare Mercanti and Raffaela Marziali decided to sell their business and moved to Monte Giberto.
The house was thoroughly renovated in 2008/2009 into what Casa Raffaela is today. The contours of the farmhouse are still visible in the layout — the large double doors downstairs in the kitchen were the entrance the cows used to walk through.
In 2021 we bought Casa Raffaela from the (English) owners. Casa Raffaela still comprises 6 hectares of land in addition to the house and pool.
